Employability Appointment Advisor - Rotherham

£16k - £18k Per Annum

We are working with one of the UK’s largest Training and Educational Organisations.

The post holder will be required to ensure the quality provision of managing referrals from Jobcentre Plus Centres building and maintaining relationships with these Centres operating Nationally.

Accurately Record, Track and Monitor the client journey, through the Job Centre Plus referral system and integrated management systems

Inform Job Centre Plus representatives of clients that failed to attend appointment

•Track and report accordingly on all client journey documentation

Ensure job entry, outcome and retention are recorded effectively

Liaison with Job Centre Plus representatives

Initiate and maintain positive working relationships with Employability Staff

Forms positive relationships with key team members

Promote excellence in Customer Service and Relationship Management

A proven track record in building and maintaining relationship management

Demonstrate and exemplify a high level of organisational skills and self-motivation.

At least 2 years experience of working within a Telephone Customer Service Role
Ability to multi-task and organise colleagues diaries.
Salary 16,000 to 18,000
