Our client was the first private organisation to deliver the Government’s flagship "New Deal" programme in 1998 and since then has assisted over 100,000 people back into work. Due to expansion they are currently looking to recruit Specialist Advisers for their Hounslow location.

As a Specialist Adviser you will form an integral and highly valued part of our client’s dedicated team working with the long-term unemployed in one or more branches.

The job role entails:
• Delivering and facilitating group and individual training sessions
• Coaching members in the effective use of the training concepts and materials
• Building job seeker’s confidence and helping them overcome their own personal barriers to employment
• Improving job seeker’s job search skills
• Maintaining records on course delivery
• Promoting excellent relations with the employers, job seekers, partners and other relevant agencies

The successful candidate will ideally have strong communication and organisational skills and have training or coaching experience. You will have the desire to work with and help people from disadvantaged groups facing challenges to gaining employment and be comfortable working in a challenging and sometimes difficult environment.
